Nigeria forward Alex Iwobi has been named in the Premier League Team of the Week for the latest round of matches ending May 6, 2018.
According to Whoscored, the 22-year-old Arsenal star was selected for the week after a lovely performance to in 5-0 demolishing of Burnley at Emirate Stadium in Arsene Wenger last home fixture in Gunners career.
Iwobi was picked along with fellow African Cheikhou Kouyate in the middle of the pack and they were flanked by his Arsenal teammate Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Only Aubameyang has more rating than Super Eagles star but Gunners have five-member in the team of the week.
Iwobi has featured 24 times for Arsenal this season scoring three goals and provided five assists.
